Zoe Katsilerou, Eilon Morris, Penny Chivas and Nicolette Macleod  started working together as a group in autumn 2017. Since then they have curated events, workshops and been commissioned to perform at multiple venues across Glasgow. In 2018 ICEBERG, with support from the CCA received Creative Scotland funding to create WIG, weekend of improvisation in Glasgow.

ICEBERG is committed to highlighting improvisation as a dynamic, high skilled and inclusive art form. We facilitate public workshops, create performance opportunities and seek to nurture peer to peer workshop environments for multidisciplinary artists whether early stage artists, students or professional practitioners.

These events seek to create professional, encouraging and supportive environments, fostering new working relationships that feed into Glasgow's diverse arts and performance scene.
